We believe that the values of the organization you choose to work with are as critical to the success of your project as your own values.

Run River is committed to:

	Care for the Earth - We strive to use only earth friendly and recycled products in our office. We heat our office/home with wood mostly gleaned from downed trees. We recycle all old electronics and equipment, as well as paper and disposable products.
	Team work - We believe that the decisions of a group, properly developed, are stronger than the decisions of any one person, and that individuals should be confirmed and strengthened in group process.
	The process by which we arrive at conclusions and reach decisions is as important as the end result. All means should reflect the mission of the organization.
	Community is a critical virtue for our society today, and the ability to live in community - to be able to place the good of the whole above our individual good - is vital for children, youth and adults.
